About Ariane Blank
Somatic & relational coach focused on healing relationship patterns through the nervous system.
My Approach
Many people understand their relationship patterns intellectually, yet still find themselves reacting in familiar ways in intimacy, conflict, or vulnerability.
This is because attachment patterns are not only cognitive — they are deeply rooted in the nervous system.
My work focuses on bringing awareness to how these patterns show up in the body and in relational dynamics.
Through somatic and relational practices, we create experiences that allow the nervous system to develop new responses to connection, boundaries, and emotional activation.
Rather than analyzing patterns from a distance, we work with them directly as they arise in the present moment.
Breathe Intuit
Breathe Intuit reflects a simple principle: when we slow down and bring awareness to the body, deeper information becomes available.
The nervous system communicates through sensations, impulses, and emotional signals long before we consciously understand them.
Learning to pause, breathe, and notice these signals allows us to work with patterns that operate beneath conscious thought.
This process opens the door to meaningful shifts in how we experience ourselves and our relationships.

Why This Work Matters to Me
Over time, I’ve seen how much insight people can gain about their patterns without actually changing.
What consistently creates deeper transformation is working directly with the nervous system.
When the body begins to experience safety, awareness, and connection in new ways, patterns that once felt automatic can begin to shift.
Supporting people in developing more secure and embodied ways of relating is the heart of this work.
