For those in the 3-month packages, you’ll receive ongoing support between sessions through voice or video messages.
You can send up to 15–30 minutes of messages per week (depending on your package), and I’ll respond with guidance, somatic practices, and reflections to help you integrate your work in real time.
This is not therapy but rather a way to provide continued support, nervous system tools, and embodiment practices to help you process what comes up between sessions.
